  1. Welcome to <system-name>!  As a new user you are required to fill out a
  2. small new user questionaire, which is stored into your user record.  You
  3. must fill it out to receive access.  The only thing I would let it go by
  4. on is maybe street address, which in some cases I may give you lower
  5. access then someone who entered it.  REMEMBER: this information will be
  6. kept STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL, so no one else is going to know it.  As for
  7. rules, there are only about two to remember, overall!

  9.        1.  Don't upload files to the sysop section, if they really
  10.            aren't for the sysop (or co-sysops).
  11.        2.  Don't upload worthless files.  You will NOT receive credit
  12.            for them.  Don't waste your time or mine.

  14. Remember, even though we like having handles here, you MUST put your
  15. real name when it asks "Real Name".
